Acrylic, solvent-based primer. Offers excellent bonding and high penetration. Penetrates and anchors to the substrate and stabilizes weak substrates. Recommended for use on new or old porous surfaces that are going to be covered with paint or render. Can be recoated when dry. Thinning: Up to 100% with SM-18. For highly absorbent substrates use it undiluted.
